MOSFET offers on-resistance times gate charge
Vishay Intertechnology has introduced a new 80V TrenchFET Gen IV n-channel power MOSFET in the 6.15 by 5.15mm PowerPAK SO-8 single package. Designed to save energy by increasing the efficiency of power conversion topologies and switching circuitry, the Vishay Siliconix SiR680ADP offers on-resistance times gate charge, a key figure of merit (FOM) for MOSFETs used in power conversion applications of 129 mΩ*nC.

An 80 V TrenchFET Gen IV n-channel power MOSFET in the 6.15mm by 5.15mm PowerPAK SO-8 single package has been introduced by Vishay Intetechnology. Designed to save energy by increasing the efficiency of power conversion topologies and switching circuitry, the Vishay Siliconix SiR680ADP offers on-resistance times gate charge — a key figure of merit (FOM) for MOSFETs used in power conversion applications — of 129 mΩ*nC.
IR sensors calculate colour temperature
Vishay Intertechnology has broadened its optoelectronics portfolio with RGBC-IR sensors for applications such as automatic white balancing and colour cast correction in digital cameras; automatic LCD backlight adjustment; and active monitoring of LED colour output for IoT and smart lighting.

The surface-mount TMBS Trench MOS Barrier Schottky rectifier series at Vishay Intertechnology has been expanded with 16 new 2A and 3A devices in the eSMP series low profile SMP (DO-220AA) package. An IHDF edge-wound, through-hole inductor from Vishay Dale has rated current up to 72A and saturation currents up to 230A for industrial and military applications. Featuring ferrite core technology and a low 15.4 mm maximum profile, the IHDF-1300AE-10 operates over a demanding temperature range from -55°C to +125°C with low AC and DC power losses and excellent heat dissipation.
