Terms and conditions:

• By scanning your badge, or submitting the registration form to enter the prize draw at Cloud Expo, Embedded World, PCIM, EDS & Electronica (now known as '2024 shows') you are accepting the receipt of newsletters and marketing information via email from Electronic Specifier.
• Entrants can participate by scanning their badge or completing the form at the Electronic Specifier stand at 2024 shows or by submitting the entry form online.
• Your email address will be added to the Electronic Specifier newsletter and Digital Edition database. However, you will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from any emails via the unsubscribe message in the email.
• Electronic Specifier will use your data to communicate with you in the ways you have agreed to, and in accordance with Electronic Specifier’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out of all communications or the ways in which we process your data at any time by contacting us.
• The Bose Headphones prize draw is open to all persons who (i) are residents of the European Union, the UK or EFTA countries and (ii) are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation in accordance with the laws of where the entrant resides.
• Employees or agencies of Electronic Specifier Ltd may not enter the Prize draw.
• By entering the Prize draw you are accepting these terms and conditions.
• Syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed, and all such entries will be disqualified.
• Entries submitted with incomplete information or found to contain invalid information in any mandatory field shall be deemed invalid entries.
• No bulk, third party or automated entries permitted.
• Only one entry is permitted per person.
• One winner will win one Bose Headphones.
• The winner will be notified by Electronic Specifier directly by email. If a winner does not respond to Electronic Specifier within 14 days of being contacted, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected at random. If a winner rejects their prize, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Electronic Specifier shall be entitled to select another winner. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, then the winner’s prize will be forfeit and another winner will be selected at random.
• The prize will be sent to the winner by Electronic Specifier directly.
• The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred by and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other prize.
• Electronic Specifier retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event that the original prize offered is not available.
• Electronic Specifier takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.

• No purchase is necessary.
• The winner may be required for promotional activity.
• The Promoter of the Prize draw is Electronic Specifier Ltd whose address is Comice Place, Woodfalls Farm, Gravelly Ways, Laddingford, Kent ME18 6DA, UK.
• Any complaints regarding the Prize draw should be sent to this address.
• The decision of Electronic Specifier in all matters under its control is final and binding.
• The winner will be selected at random on December 6th 2024.
