• By entering the Prize draw you are accepting these terms and conditions.
• When you enter this competition, your email address will be added to the Electronic Specifier newsletter and Digital Edition database. However, you will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from any emails via the unsubscribe message in the email.
• Participants that choose to sign up to receive emails will receive messages from Mouser Electronics, Inc.. Participants therefore agree to receive newsletters and other information from Mouser Electronics, Inc. about new products, technologies and applications, features on mouser.com, eBooks, and Mouser news and events. Once signed-up, you may withdraw your consent at any time via links provided in each email.
• The Amazon Echo prize draw is open to all persons who:
(i) areresidents of the European Union, the UK, or EFTA countries AND
(ii) are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation in accordance with the laws of where the entrant resides.
• Employees or agencies of Electronic Specifier Ltd or Mouser Electronics, Inc. may not enter the Prize draw.
• There are 3 ways to enter the Prize draw:
(i) Completing a registration form
(ii) Submitting the form on our iPads at the Electronic Specifier /
Mouser Electronics, Inc. stand 3A-544
(iii) Allowing our staff to scan your badge at the Electronic Specifier /

• Syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed, and all such entries will be disqualified.
• No bulk, third party or automated entries permitted.
• Only one entry is permitted per person.

• The winner will be notified by Electronic Specifier/Mouser Electronics, Inc. directly by email. If a winner does not respond to Electronic Specifier/Mouser Electronics, Inc. within 14 days of being contacted, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected at random. If a winner rejects their prize, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Electronic Specifier/Mouser Electronics, Inc. shall be entitled to select another winner.
• The prize will be sent to the winner by Electronic Specifier, Ltd. directly.
• The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other prize.
• Electronic Specifier retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event that the original prize offered is not available.
• Electronic Specifier takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
• Details of the winner can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: “EuMW” Prize Draw (Electronic Specifier), c/o Mouser Electronics, Inc., Elsenheimerstr. 11, 80687 Munich, Germany.
• The potential prize winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release (the “Prize Claim Documents”).
• No purchase is necessary.
• The Promoter of the Prize draw is Electronic Specifier Ltd whose address is Comice Place, Woodfalls Farm, Gravelly Ways, Laddingford, Kent ME18 6DA, UK. Any complaints regarding the Prize draw should be sent to this address.
• The Sponsor of the Prize Draw is Mouser Electronics, Inc., Elsenheimerstr. 11, 80687 Munich, Germany.
• The decision of Electronic Specifier in all matters under its control is final and binding.
• Entries submitted with incomplete information or found to contain invalid information in any mandatory field shall be deemed invalid entries.
