Designed specifically for harsh operating environments, ORing Industrial Networking have introduced a series of 3U CompactPCI - Layer 2+ managed Ethernet switches. Compatibly with the IPv6 Industrial Protocol enables the CPS-3080-C, CPGS-9080-C, CPGS-9120-C and CPGS-9120-M12-C to resolve the deficiency problems that are currently faced in IP Addresses.

Operating over a temperature range from -40 to +70℃, the managed Ethernet switches feature EN50155 railway certification, high efficiency and economic pricing. The 3U CompactPCI series is suited for railway applications, as well as the aerospace industry, transportation systems (including transportation surveillance), factory automation and more.

By minimising the self-recovery time to less than 10ms, ORing’s products have successfully eluded the impending problems caused by network failure. The switches also support Ethernet back-up network protocols (MSTP/RSTP/STP) and an exclusive self-healing system - O-Ring/O-Chain/Open-Ring. Supporting all relevant industry protocols, the 3U CompactPCI series switches provide users with complete CLI, Telnet, Web, and SNMP media management.

The CPGS-9080-C, CPGS-9120-C and CPGS-9120-M12-C Ethernet switches operate according to the IEEE 802.3az Ethernet energy-saving rule, which automatically detects network stream and regulates the power output. This enables a lower power consumption during the period of low data transmission and enhances overall energy efficiency.
