Capable of delivering up to 350W from a nominal 12V (11-18V) input, the F351 series of step-up, full-brick DC-DC converters has been announced by Power Sources Unlimited. Operating over a temperature range from -20 to +100°C, the converters are ideally suited for battery back-up, transportation, industrial controls and automotive applications.

Offering single isolated outputs of 12V DC, the F351 family provides step-up conversion to 12, 24, 28, or 48V DC. The DC-DC converters feature low input and output ripple currents, input transient protection, single point connection for parallel operation for true N+1 redundancy, active load sharing, external sync, hot plug capability, remote sense and shutdown, thermal protection and current limit. They also provide built-in over-voltage, under-voltage and short circuit protection and thermal monitoring for remote system monitoring and control.

Supplied in an industry standard full-brick 116.8x61x12.7mm (4.6x2.40x0.5") footprint, the F351 converters are RoHS compliant and CE marked. They are also accompanied by an international safety approval package for worldwide markets and EMI meets EN 55011, conducted and radiated level B. Power Sources Unlimited also offer a variety of accessories including a ZTAF terminal adapter for chassis mount configuration, a heat-sink and a thermal pad kit.

With prototypes available in 2-4 weeks, pricing for the power modules starts at $275.00 (USD) each in small quantities. Contact PSUI for OEM quantity pricing.
