Highlighting its robust portfolio of thermal-management solutions for HEVs and EVs, Dana Holding will be at the PCIM Europe exhibition from 19th to 21st May. Among Dana's customisable technologies will be the company's Long brand of aluminium integrated cooling plates, which ensure the performance and reliability of IGBT switches.

Dana's IGBT technology, which went into production at the beginning of the year, was created to match the demands of HEVs and EVs. These cooling plates provide customers with a lightweight, contaminant-free and cost-effective heat transfer solution.

In addition to its IGBT cooling devices, Dana will be exhibiting its battery cooling plates and cooling chillers, which address challenging space requirements and enable consistent operating temperatures, long-lasting batteries and greater efficiency.  A sub-cooled loop, low-temperature battery radiator will also be on-site.

Beyond showcasing its advanced solutions that assist OEMs in gaining vehicle efficiencies and improving performance, Dana will participate in the Exhibitor Forum in Hall 7-260 from 10:20 to 10:40am on the 21st May. Meinrad Machler, a senior engineer at Dana, will provide an insight into recent advancements in the cooling of IGBTs and li-ion batteries.
