The Brad Micro-Change (M12) Connectors are designed to withstand harsh industrial and weather environments and their superior quality assures a very reliable connection for control elements in automated equipment. These high-quality connectors allow fast and simple replacement of 12 to 18mm sensors, encoders, switches and other input and output devices in industrial machinery. Available in 2- through 5-, 8- and 12-pole IEC compliant configurations, single- and dual-keyway designs, with straight and 90° plugs, versatile Micro-Change connectors help to increase overall plant production.

##IMAGE_1_R##Ideal for Class 2 applications including petrochemical, factory-automation and commercial-vehicle equipment, Brad Micro-Change M12 Harsh-Duty Receptacles offer a sealed connection with superior EMI/RFI shielding in high-vibration systems. Receptacles are tooled for both network connectivity in Ethernet and Controller-Area Network (CAN bus) protocols, as well as passive applications such as discreet and analog sensor applications.

The CMC connector family from Molex is a sealed, high-density connection system developed for the transportation industry. It is designed to perform in high-conductivity applications and in harsh environments. CMC connection systems are used in power train applications including engine-control units (ECU’s), compartment applications, gearboxes, electronic parking brakes and suspension controllers, together with body electronics applications in automotive and commercial vehicles. Standard CMC hybrid connectors hold two different terminal sizes, CP 0.635 and CP 1.50mm. Power CMC hybrid connectors hold three different terminal sizes, CP0.635, CP 1.50 and CP 2.80mm.

SRC - Sealed Rectangular Connectors - for Commercial vehicle applications, especially agricultural machinery, are becoming more intelligent with increased wiring requirements and demands for hybrid technology. The new generation SRC family offers a rugged, sealed, wire-to-panel (bulkhead) and wire-to-wire hybrid connection system designed for high circuit-count applications in harsh environments. The primary location for this system is as the firewall connector, situated between the cab and the engine, but SRC can also replace existing circular connectors in various in-vehicle applications.##IMAGE_3_R##

The SRC system uses proven MX150 terminals with current ratings up to 18.0A and MX150L terminals with current ratings up to 40.0A. Flexible standard or mixed power /signal options are available. The MX150 and MX150L terminal systems provide cost savings by eliminating the need to purchase, handle and crimp individual wire seals. This proven terminal technology provides flexibility to increase circuit-count and allows for simple field repair and replacement of headers and connectors. Optional flange seal and dust cover are available. Tooling options include fine-adjust crimp press applicators for high-volume production and hand tools for low volume production and field repairs.
