NAND flash solutions target connected cars

NAND flash solutions, designed for next-gen ‘connected cars’ and automotive infotainment systems, have been introduced by SanDisk. The company’s portfolio of automotive storage solutions includes an automotive grade SanDisk SD card and iNAND embedded flash drive. The devices, which are AEC-Q100 qualified, are available in capacities of up to 64GB and operate across a temperature range of -40 to 85ºC.
