ROHM has announced the availability of 0603-size (0.6 × 0.3”) / 1608-size (1.6 × 0.8mm) LEDs, CSL1901 series, optimised for low-light applications for use in indicators and numeric displays in Factory Automation equipment (i.e. PLCs) and communication control equipment such as modems and routers.

ROHM showcases the new automotive LDO regulator IC BD9xxN1 series (BD950N1G-C, BD933N1G-C, BD900N1G-C, BD950N1WG-C, BD933N1WG-C, BD900N1WG-C) optimised for primary (direct connection to 12V) power supplies in a wide range of applications, including powertrain, body, ADAS, and car infotainment.
