Since being founded in 2016, BYTON, the smart electric vehicle brand, has experienced growth at a high rate. This summer BYTON plans to close its ongoing C-round. It is also well on track to start series production of the BYTON M-Byte, an all-electric SUV that will change consumer expectations for connected, intelligent vehicles, by the end of this year. 

Specialist brand for intelligent electric vehicles, BYTON, has completed its Cold Environment Test (CET) of its M-Byte prototypes in Inner Mongolia in northern China. The tests are an integral part of the company’s development process to achieve the highest safety and quality standards in the world. 

BYTON has revealed new details about its first production model, the M-Byte SUV, at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2019 in Las Vegas. Positioned as the next generation smart device, BYTON is designed for the future of autonomous driving when the automobile will become a mobile digital lounge.

In March 2016 Dr Carsten Breitfeld and Dr Daniel Kirchert, together with a team of experts and investors, founded the Future Mobility Corporation (FMC) in Hong Kong. A business plan, investment planning, concept development and the establishment of a global model strategy were the first decisive steps, and on September 7th 2017, the BYTON brand was presented.

Recently BYTON celebrated the US debut of the BYTON K-Byte Concept in Pebble Beach. Meanwhile on the other side of the pacific in Nanjing, China, the first BYTON M-Byte test vehicles are already being put through their paces as part of application runs under actual traffic conditions and on test tracks.

  As CES Asia 2018 is just around the corner, automotive company Byton, who believe in not just refining cars, but refining life have released a vehicle presentation that does not give anything about its new plans or products except a few bright lines to tease people.

  Electric vehicle innovator, BYTON, has announced a partnership with Aurora, a self-driving technology company. The partnership will help BYTON incorporate Level 4 autonomous-driving vehicle capabilities into BYTON vehicles and enable BYTON to become among the very first group of carmakers to bring L4 and eventually Level 5 cars to market.
