Axivion has announced that it is now helping to pave the way for autonomous driving and software-defined vehicles. Apex.AI, a company developing breakthrough safety-certified automotive software, has chosen the Axivion Suite as their preferred tool for static analysis – mainly because of its high coverage of the AUTOSAR C++ 14 standard and easy integration to Continuous Integration (CI).

The latest release 7 of the Axivion Suite from Axivion is now available. Innovations in the latest version of the tool suite for automated static code analysis and architecture checking include in particular the upgrade to Python 3, the new graphical configuration interface for simplified configuration of e.g. MISRA and metric checks, and – after Windows and Linux – the availability of Axivion Suite for macOS.

Axivion is pleased to announce that it has concluded a global framework agreement with the Bosch Group in the last quarter of 2018. Software developers at Bosch have been using Axivion tools for around ten years in the Passive Safety and Active Safety business units of the Chassis Systems Control division, as well as in Car Multimedia and BSH Home Appliances.
